Booking, payment and cancellation.

Sending a request is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We reply within a day or two with the dates we have free and a suggested plan for your group. Nothing is booked until you have agreed to the plan and the price.

The price is agreed before you arrive and covers your whole stay: pick-up and drop-off at Evenes Airport, local transport, your bedrooms in the house and the Sea Lodge, all meals and drinks with wine, boat trips and fishing, the Catch, Cook, Eat experience, time at the Sea Lodge and the Heitlaugen sauna, and the two of us as your hosts throughout.

Day trips further afield, such as the whale safari from Andenes, golf and dinner at Kvitnes Gård, are not included. We are happy to arrange them, and we tell you what they cost before you decide.

To confirm your stay, a deposit of [to be confirmed] is paid. The balance is due [to be confirmed] before arrival. Payment is made by [to be confirmed], in [to be confirmed]. You receive an invoice with all details when we confirm.

The sea decides. Out here the weather sets the day, and we will always put your safety first. If the weather stops a boat trip or an activity, we plan something else for you instead. [To be confirmed: whether anything is refunded if an activity can't take place.]

We recommend that you have travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness and your journey to and from Northern Norway.
