Who is responsible

GoNative [AS — organisation number to be added on registration], [address to be added], Norway is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this statement can be sent to hello@gonative.no.

What we collect, and why

When you submit a request, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, party size, preferred season, interests, and anything you write in your message.

We use this for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you decide to come north, to plan and carry out your stay. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to a stay, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If you stay with us, we keep the records we need for bookkeeping for five years, as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act, and delete the rest.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data and never share it for marketing. It is processed by a small number of suppliers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), Resend Inc., which delivers the emails sent from our request form, and our email provider [to be added when chosen]. Where a supplier processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking technologies. Fonts and all scripts are served from our own domain. If this ever changes, this statement will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict our processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@gonative.no and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have treated your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.

Changes

We will update this statement as GoNative grows — for example when our organisation number is registered or we add new suppliers. The date below always reflects the current version.
